Terms of Service

By accessing or using IntelliFace, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using IntelliFace on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that company to these terms.

IntelliFace provides AI-powered face recognition attendance management software, including web-based admin tools, employee mobile apps, and a REST API. The service is offered on a subscription basis.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@intelliface.io of any unauthorized use.

Credentials must not be shared between users. Each administrator must have their own account.

You may not use IntelliFace to: violate any applicable law or regulation; infringe on the rights of others; process biometric data for individuals who have not given explicit consent; reverse-engineer or attempt to extract our proprietary models; or attempt unauthorized access to any part of the service or infrastructure.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as described in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

Non-payment may result in account suspension. We will make reasonable attempts to notify you before suspension.

IntelliFace and its technology, including face recognition models and platform software, are proprietary to IntelliFace Ltd. These terms grant you no ownership rights.

You retain ownership of your data. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IntelliFace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 90 days then permanently deleted. You may request early deletion by contacting support.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
