IntelliFace was born in 2024 from a frustration our founder lived directly: a 200-employee company still managing attendance with shared Excel sheets, paper sign-in books, and a "trust system" that cost them thousands every month in time theft and payroll errors.
We decided to build the system that company deserved — one that uses the same biometric AI trusted by banks and border agencies, but is designed to go from sign-up to first scan in under 10 minutes, without buying any hardware and without any complex IT projects.
Today, IntelliFace manages attendance for 500+ organizations across 30+ industries — from 5-person startups to enterprise teams of 50,000+ employees across multiple countries. The mission hasn't changed: attendance must be effortless, accurate, and secure for every organization on earth.
