1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to remember your preferences and understand how you interact with it.
2. Essential Cookies
These files are strictly necessary for the service to function. They enable authentication sessions, security tokens, and user preference storage (theme, language). They cannot be disabled.
Examples: auth-token, csrf-token, theme-preference, language-preference.
3. Analytics Cookies
With your consent, we use privacy-respecting analytics (no personally identifiable information is collected) to understand how users browse the site and identify areas for improvement.
We do not use Google Analytics. Our analytics provider does not track users across different sites and is fully GDPR-compliant.
4. Marketing Cookies
We do not currently use marketing or advertising cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent.
5. Managing Cookies
You can control cookies through the consent banner shown on your first visit, through your browser settings, or by contacting us at privacy@intelliface.io. Please note that disabling essential cookies will prevent you from using the platform.
